The closest train station to Verbier is Le Châble - from where you can either transfer via the Postbus or the telecabine lift departing from the train station to central Verbier taking just 10 minutes.

Connections from Le Châble Station
The Saint-Bernard Express connects Le Châble to the regional capital of Martigny, from where connecting trains will take you to Geneva, Lausanne and into Chamonix Valley in France. From the months of December-April, there is a direct train between Le Châble and Geneva running twice a day on weekends. The standard single ticket from Geneva starts from 20 CHF.
